1. Dispatch timeline
- Ready stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment.
- Made-to-order / custom items: dispatch date is confirmed at order acceptance, based on production schedule.
- B2B bulk orders: dispatched on the schedule agreed in the purchase order / quotation.
- Dispatch happens on working days (Monday–Saturday). Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM may dispatch the next working day.
2. Packing
- All parts are cleaned, protected and packed to avoid damage in transit.
- Precision/finished components are individually wrapped or boxed before outer packing.
- Bulk orders are palletised or cartonised with an item list inside every package.
3. Delivery partners and coverage
- We ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners.
- An airway / consignment number is shared by SMS and email once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery times depend on the destination pin code; estimated dates shown at checkout are indicative.
4. Shipping charges
- Charges are calculated at checkout by weight, size and destination.
- Free or subsidised shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to ready-stock retail items.
- For B2B orders, freight terms (paid by buyer / seller) are stated in the quotation.
5. Delivery attempts and tracking
- Track your order from the Order Tracking page using your order ID and mobile number.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry or hold the shipment; contact support to reschedule.
6. Damaged or missing items
- Inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packing is damaged, note it on the courier POD and contact us within 48 hours.
- Claims are supported with photos of the outer packing and the item.
